Abstract This project builds upon the Viterbi encoding/decoding project from EE517 and the code division multiple access (CDMA) project from EE518 to model end-to-end digital communications. A C++ project was developed that lets the user select a 32 by 32 pixel window of a color bitmap for transmission.
