This cross-genre memoir is a collection of Clark's reflections on growing up in a conservative community as a black Transgender man, and his experiences with grief and love. The Wreckage of Spring is meant to bring awareness to generational and religious trauma, its lasting effects over the course of a lifetime, and the act of confronting and healing from it.
