Provenance
Transfer received from Monmouth University Professor Richard Veit on 2016 November 28. The materials were previously housed in an undisclosed office location in Howard Hall and were inventoried and arranged by a student assistant who was working under Professor Veit's direction.

Access Restrictions
The materials are open for research use. Access is by appointment only. Research appointments are scheduled by the Monmouth University Library Archives Collections Manager (732-923-4526). A minimum of three days advance notice is required to arrange a research appointment for access to the materials. Access to the materials is confined to the Monmouth University Library and is subject to patron policies approved by the Monmouth University Library. The materials may not be borrowed through Interlibrary Loan. Patrons must sign a completed Researcher Registration Form and provide appropriate identification to obtain access to the materials. Copies of these registration documents will be kept on file at the Monmouth University Library.

Researchers seeking photocopies of the materials must complete an Application to Photocopy Form. Any photocopying of the materials will be performed by the Monmouth University Library staff. The Monmouth University Library reserves the right to limit or refuse duplication requests subject to the condition of the materials and/or restrictions imposed by the creators of the materials or by the United States Copyright Act. Permission to examine or copy the materials does not imply permission to publish or quote. It is the responsibility of the researcher to obtain such permissions from both the copyright holder and Monmouth University.

Inventory
One three-inch, three-ring binder containing analog materials housed in 44 polyethylene sleeves/sheet protectors that are labeled and arranged chronologically. Five video discs housed in plastic cases. These materials arrived in a large paper shopping bag and were subsequently transferred to a record carton for more secure storage. Some of the binder contents were inserted in new sheet protectors and placed in a second and third binder in order to minimize damage to overstuffed print materials.
